We provide comprehensive support for the production process, from component sourcing to PCB manufacturing—including single-layer, multilayer, and flexible boards—and SMD and THT assembly. Before initiating mass production, we send a sample unit to the client for verification.
For serial production, we ensure automatic optical inspection (AOI), and for prototypes, we conduct optical inspection under a microscope. Every board undergoes a final optical inspection upon completion of SMD/THT assembly.
Our engineers offer support in selecting replacements for unavailable components and optimizing device costs. The use of replacements is always approved by the client. We work with reputable component distributors both in Poland and globally, ensuring high product quality and supply continuity. All PCBs ordered from our trusted manufacturers undergo 100% electrical testing.
We perform assembly using both in-house and customer-supplied materials, handling quantities from a single unit up to hundreds of thousands.
